Paolo Vannini: before joining MarketGates, Paolo was President & CEO of Fiat Usa Inc, where he was responsible for providing strategic consulting and business development services for 21 operating companies in North America. Previously as SVP Corporate Communications, he was responsible for communications and institutional relations for the Fiat Group in North America.
In Europe, as Group Product Manager of Cinzano Spa, he was responsible for the strategic marketing. He work in India for 2 years as Deputy General Manager Sesa/Seat (Stet Group ), overlooking all operations of the local joint venture.

Carlo Lipizzi: Carlo is an international business and management professional with a 20-year track record of performance characterized by successful turnarounds, development of organizations in a number of fields, and a diversified business management and planning experience.
Over the years he managed many aspects of business optimization - including complex information systems – with a wide and successful experience in marketing and business development focusing on the strategic use of technologies.

Raffaello has being founder and President of the Italian branch of CPV Kanyon and Eckard , multinational advertising and marketing agency, assisting Italian and European companies in theirs internationalization process.

Amedeo Angiolillo: Amedeo is a Harvard MBA graduate, he has being President CEO of different Italian companies operating in US among witch Treccani USA and Academic & Entertaining Media Inc. Amedeo has started and successfully managed numerous joint new ventures between American and Italian partners.
